NJIJONG MARCELUS
A member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Mr. Njijong has a world of experience in Banking and Finance. Marcelus is Co-founder of Job Shop and Financial Solutions, JSF Group and the MD/CEO. He is a Due Diligence expert who holds a BSc in Banking and Finance from the university of Buea and an MSc in Banking and Finance from the Ahmadou Bello University, Zaria ,Nigeria.
Mr. Njijong, who is presently the Director of Academic affairs/ Acting Dean, School of Management at the University Institute of the Diocese of Buea worked as Assistant lecturer at the University of Abuja and Assistant General Manager at United Savings and Agricultural Credit PLC, where he revolutionized the situation of Non-performing assets . He is also a key lecturer of Banking and Finance in major Colleges and Universities around the country. His quest for excellence has made him a key figure in the financial sector in Cameroon and Nigeria.
FOTABE ELMINE
Elmine holds an ASc in Management and Business Administration from the American Management and Business Administration Institute and University in Cambridge, USA, an Honours Group Diploma in Management and Administration from Cambridge Internal College in Jersey, U.K, and a Masters Degree in Human Resource and Personnel Management from MIDIFORM Business School in Rome-Italy.
Elmine is a due diligence expert. She designed the four-year BSc in Human Resource Management and is the key Lecturer of Human Resource Management at the University Institute of the Diocese of Buea. She has been the chairman / director of HR of JSF Group since its creation, where she has recruited and trained hundreds of personnel from the major financial institutions and hotels around the country. Miss Fotabe is a member of the Association of Human Resource Directors of Italy.
